Don't stand for being treated like crap!

I know there are lot of IT contractors out there, I'm one of them. I am one of the many "perma temp" employees that are hired by contracting companies to fill positions in other companies. This condition leads to unhappy workers, I know I'm unhappy. We are the ones that do the brunt of the work without any chance of promotion or recognition or even basic benefits most of the time. Not all "perma temps" are like this and I can only speak of the situations that I have been in.
Let me know if you are in a similar situation. I think the best way is to tell anyone and everyone about this condition and to keep our IT jobs in this country. Let your congressman know that there should laws to protect us and our dignity.
